Jean-Martin Schuler (1753-1812), called Schiler, was received Master in 1781.
A Louis XIV MARQUETRY WRITING TABLE, the superstructure with a cupboard flanked by eight small drawers, the front with two drawers in the frieze and two recessed drawers below flanked by two drawers on each side, 3ft. 3m. wide (99cm.) circa 1690, legs and stretchers replaced.
A FINE Louis XVI ORMOLU AND CARRARA MARBLE MANTEL CLOCK, the 4^-inch enamel dial with a gilt-metal ribbon, signed Epaute A Paris and incorporating a calendar dial, in a drum-shaped case with finely modeled gilt figures of Venus and Cupid, the goddess with roses in her hair and holding chains of flowers, with a put to below and four doves resting on a shaped base elaborately cast with a bow, quiver and torch, 26in. high (66cm.) circa 1785, glass dome damaged.
A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED PORCELAIN JARDINIERES decorated with gilt fluorites on a dark blue ground, mounted in ormolu with entwined grape-vine handles and elaborate flower and leaf scrolls bases, central metal liner for holding flowers, pf in. (24.5cm.) possibly Paris, circa 1840.
A Louis XVI PAINTED LIT A BALDEQUIN with a bow-fronted tester, arched upholstered ends and fluted tapering feet, now upholstered in crimson watered silk, 6ft. 8in. long, 4ft. pin. wide, 10ft. 6in. high (203cm. by 145cm. by 344cm.) circa 178O.

A PAIR OF ORMOLU WALL ETAGERES, each with three ebonized shelves and mirrored backs, 3ft. high, 2ft. wide (117cm. by 61cm.) circa 1860.
A LOUIS XVI ORMOLU-MOUNTED PARQUETRY PETITE COMMODE, stamped R VLC and A. Hericourt, with a drawer in the frieze and a leather-lined top, wide (47cm.) circa 1780, the front now with a door, formerly with a tambour.
Roger Vandercruse (1728-1799), called Lacroix, was received Master in 1755.
Antoine Hericourt, who probably repaired the above piece at some time, was received Master in 1773.
A BOULLE BUREAU MAZARIN of Louis xiv style, with seven drawers and a recessed cupboard, inlaid overall with be Rafinesque designs in brass and tortoiseshell, 3ft. 6in. wide circa 1850.
AN ORMOLU- AND PORCELAIN-MOUNTED TULIPWOOD SECRETAIRE A ABATTANT, the upper part with a galleried white marble top, with a frieze drawer above a fall-front enclosing a fitted interior, the table stand containing a long drawer fitted with lidded wells, with two short drawers below on angled square tapering legs, 4ft. pin. high by 2ft. 6in. wide (145cm. by 76cm.) upper and lower parts circa 1780 but not originally together.
A Louis XV/LOUIS XVI TRANSITIONAL ORMOLU-MOUNTED MARQUETRY COMMODE, stamped G. Kemp, containing two short and two long drawers, on cabriole legs, 3ft. wide (97cm.) circa 1770.
Guillaume Kemp was received Master in 1764 .
A FINE PAIR OF LOUIS XVI ORMOLU-MOUNTED MARQUETRY DEMI-LUNE COMMODES, stamped C. Topino JME, each with three drawers flanked by cupboards, 4ft. sin. wide (129cm.) circa 1780.
Nicolay, Art et la Maniere des Maitres Ebenistes Franfais, figures Y and Z, illustrates two almost identical commodes by Charles Topino.
Charles Topino was received Master in 1773.
A Louis XV ORMOLU-MOUNTED BRACKET CLOCK AND BRACKET, the dial signed P. Leroy a Paris, the movement signed Jph. Bertrand A Paris, the bracket stamped Marchand, the case mounted with female masks and figures, clock, 40m. high (102cm.) circa 1730
Probably Nicolas-Jean Marchand, received Master in 1738 .
A Louis XIV ORMOLU-MOUNTED BOULLE COMMODE inlaid with berainesque designs, in brass, scarlet tortoiseshell and pewter and containing three drawers in the bowed front, 3ft. wide (119cm.) circa 1800.
A Louis XVI CONSOLE DESSERTE stamped Lacroix JME, with three drawers in the paneled frieze, 2ft. 6in. high by 4ft. 3m. wide (76cm. by 129cm.) circa 1775, formerly with another shelf, the top and lower shelf now with white marble panels.

A Louis XV PAINTED FAUTEUIL stamped S. Brizard, with a molded flower-carved frame and stuffed back and seat, circa 1760, distressed Sulpice Brizard was received Master in 1762.

A PAIR OF LOUIS XVI ORMOLU-MOUNTED MAHOGANY ENCOIGNURES, each with a white marble top, a drawer in the frieze above a cupboard, 2ft. in. wide (74cm.) circa 1785,
the doors now inset with oval Sevres porcelain plaques

A G00D ORMOLU AND WHITE MARBLE MANTEL CLOCK, the enamel dial signed Thonissen a Paris and the signed movement in a drum-shaped case framed by cloud-borne cherubs playing with garlands of flowers, on a platform supported by kneeling mermaids and two fluted columns flanking a cherub swinging on a chain of flowers, the base of matching outline and mounted with a band of cherubs, on fluted toupee feet, 2o\in. high (57.5cm.) circa 1810.
This maker is recorded working between 1806 and 1830.
